The location is incredibly convenient, close to everything!
The furniture in the room was old and uninviting. It felt like a letdown that there was no safe box available for my valuables. the breakfast buffet was below expectations, with canned fruits and not a single fresh option in sight.

what a dissapointment! they must think all guests are the same. I expected a compensaion or upgrade, but apparently that’s too much to ask. absoluteley unbelievable.

Great Location, but Several Disappointments
The location was the highlight of my stay, as it was just a short walk from key attractions. the room was quite small and lacked any sitting area, making it uncomfortable to relax. We also faced issues with the breakfast service, as the options were limited and they failed to deliver what we requested. it didn’t live up to my expectations based on other hotels I've visited in Jordan.

The spacious suite offered a terrific bathroom and a well-stocked fridge, enhancing the comfort of our stay. Staff members were incredibly helpful, assisting with logistics and providing valuable tips for sightseeing. The aged USDA prime steaks served at dinner were a standout, showcasing the kitchen's quality. the noise from the street was somewhat disruptive, and there was limited variety at breakfast, which fell short of expectations.

great staff but noisy mornings
The receptionist team exceeded my expectations with their politeness and willingness to assist. I appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, which provided me and my friend the privacy we desired. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options! I particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden view from the dining area, creating a pleasant atmosphere to start the day.
The morning calls from the müezzin were quite loud, though I understand this is part of the local culture.
